In celebration of our incredible frontline responders, Calvert County Public Safety, Fire-Rescue-EMS, Career EMS, and the Calvert County Health Department, alongside their Local Behavioral Health Authority, have joined forces to deliver Mental Health Baskets to each station!

To our tireless heroes who bravely serve our community, we recognize the emotional toll your work can take. That's why we're proud to present these baskets, filled with resources and tools carefully chosen to promote wellness.

From stress-relief activities to educational materials, each basket is designed to support self-care, resilience, and overall mental wellness. Remember, it's okay to seek help when needed. Your well-being matters!
